This is an imagined/created dystopia (opposite of utopia) in which hope and belief systems cease to exist [I do not believe it will be to this extent; I am more of critical utopian supporter], but imagination can take you to far away places.}
The totalitarian government’s authority has become so intensely influential that it has conditioned the people into worshipping the head of the state as god, not the God that promised salvation in the Bible, Quran or the Torah.

The totalitarian government’s authority has become so intensely influential that it has conditioned the people into worshipping the head of the state as god, not the God that promised salvation in the Bible, Quran or the Torah.
But it is not only the government to blame…rather the
literal destitution that had ostracized hope and
faith in people’s hearts all together. In the olden
days, a ray of light would shine in people’s souls
when the words of hope and revelation were spoken of
in the public. Yet now the terms of god ’, ‘religion
and ‘salvation’ have all become taboos. There is no
need for monasteries now; all of us have become
recluses of society. Religion is mentally abolished.
The religion that once served as a template for
constitutional laws and rights, principles of
modesty, and values of humility has been replaced by
the fading borders of morality and indecency.
Morality has submerged into the darkened waters of
depravity, and now any crime and act of violence can
be justified because of the puzzlement between ethics
and immorality. No wonder cases of rape, murder,
treason, and usurpation of power have been so rapidly
on the rise. Even the moral contracts of society have
been abolished. It is a tragedy indeed to be lost and
fixed in confusion. There is no more motivation for
elevating one’s dignity and humanity through charity,
affection, or even purification of the soul. Who is
to blame? Everyone, but mainly due to our
indifference towards each other’s suffering and
torment. Filth resides on the surface of our souls,
and the roots of our spirits have been tangled in
confusion. We have much to worry about, rather than
the thought of the devil and hell haunting us. What
is the need for a hell, while earth is sufficient in
all manners? It is in fact no surprise nowadays to
see banners on the forsaken temples of worship
saying, “The hell with the devil, my biggest enemy is
myself!”
